Return and Refund Policy

All made-to-order products are manufactured through an external print-on-demand provider. Since each item is produced specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or a change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items - If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@sofanzy.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number—we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address - If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages - If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to find a solution.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after the order is placed.

European Consumer Law

Under EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@sofanzy.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
